Ager outraises Edwards… By a lot… Again
Fairview, NC — With FEC reports filed for both campaigns in the NC-11 congressional race, Democratic candidate JAMIE AGER’s campaign team is proud to report that they have yet again outraised Chuck Edwards, now for four quarters in a row. In Q2 2026, the Ager campaign raised more than $1,362,000 from a median donation of just $10 (and no corporate PAC money), bringing the campaign to nearly $2,185,000 cash on hand at close of reporting. In comparison, according to publicly available FEC data, the Edwards campaign raised only $155,000 during the same period, less than an eighth of Ager’s total.
“I am continually blown away seeing how our neighbors are chipping in and supporting this campaign,” said JAMIE AGER. “This race isn’t about me. It’s about all the people here in Western North Carolina who are tired of leadership that won’t deliver for them, and we are stepping up to make our voices heard all the way in Washington.”
GRAYSON BARNETTE, Ager’s campaign manager, said, “Chuck Edwards hasn’t been able to deliver the billions of dollars of recovery funding our community so desperately needs, so it’s no surprise that he hasn’t been able to deliver any money to his campaign, either. Jamie and his family have been community stewards for generations, and it’s clear that the voters trust him to lead.”
